Postępujący w ostatnich dekadach proces globalizacji wykreował wiele nowych rodzajów wyzwań wykraczających poza granice państw narodowych. Jej autorzy analizują problematykę globalnych dóbr publicznych w kontekście działalności dwóch kluczowych dla ładu międzynarodowego organizacji multilateralnych – Banku Światowego i Międzynarodowego Funduszu Walutowego.
